2024 SJCA CONVIVIUM
After closing out the 2023-24 Academy Year strong, our students have hit the ground running this year, with a focus on making charitable work a more significant part of what we do hear. Students and tutors have helped construct a community fridge for a neighboring town, and committed to filling it with student-cooked food on a monthly basis.
We’ve also had the privilege of tending to a little family of Kune Kune pigs that are the newest additions to our pasture, which continues to provide new opportunities for learning and productive work.
As usual, the majority of the funds from the Convivium will go to our Tuition Assistance program to help offset the cost of the program for families in need, while the rest will go to our building fund to continue developing our facilities.
We look forward to celebrating with you another year of service and progress gained by hard work and your generosity. Come and enjoy the delicious food, drink your fill of the annual SJCA home-brew selection, do a little dancing to live music, and enjoy the great company and conversation we've all come to expect from the Convivium.
